Day 1

Weaves, Nature, and Local Flavor

Begin your adventure with a trek to gather bariw leaves, followed by a captivating banig weaving demonstration by expert weavers. Experience the local way of life as you pick fresh vegetables and shop at the Libertad market in preparation for a cooking class led by a talented Libertadnon.

Day 2

Departure

Before departing, if weather permits, immerse yourself in the unique tradition of lambaklad fishing with the Libertad fisherfolk. Otherwise, you may swim at the beach.

Important notes to remember*

This is a joined tour with maximum of 6 travelers. For private tours, send us a message.
A minimum of 2 people is required per booking.
Flights are NOT included in the package, and customers are responsible for arranging their own flights. Estimated flight per pax Php 5,000
Only 1 Air conditioned room available good for 2-3 pax with ₱ 250 per pax additional charge
Extension of your stay is possible if you wish to enjoy more of the Province of Antique or any nearby attractions.
The meeting point is in 7-11 in front of Caticlan Jetty Port at 7 AM. Anyone is allowed to join the experience.
We can arrange private airport transfers for you on the day of your arrival and departure with additional charge
A down payment of 50% is required, with the remaining 50% due 5 days prior to departure. This ensures that all financial commitments are settled in advance, allowing for a smooth and hassle-free travel experience.

From Caticlan International Airport

Fly to Caticlan Airport from Manila
Take a tricycle heading towards the meeting point's location. Detailed directions will be provided upon booking.

From Kalibo International Airport

Fly to Kalibo Airport from Manila
Take a van heading to Caticlan Jetty Port (~2 hrs ride) and ask the driver to drop you off towards the meeting point's location. Detailed directions will be provided upon booking.

From San Jose, Antique / Iloilo / Aklan

Take a bus or van heading to Caticlan Jetty Port and ask the driver to drop you off towards the meeting point's location. Detailed directions will be provided upon booking.

Note: We can arrange convenient private airport transfer service for a hassle-free journey you on the day of your arrival and departure with additional charges.

Reminders

Wear clothing that covers your shoulders out of respect for local customs, especially since we will be visiting rural communities. This helps maintain modesty and shows cultural sensitivity.
Do not leave any trash behind. Carry a small bag to collect your trash and dispose of it properly.
It is a cultural practice in Antique to have guests pin ginger on their clothing to protect them from bad spirits. NOTE: Twelve Topaz will prepare this and provide it on the first day.
There will be filtered water available at the accommodation; it is recommended to only drink from what Twelve Topaz recommends.
Be cautious of potential hazards, such as stray animals or insects.
Since this is a rural municipality, e-payments like Gcash are mostly likely not available. For your personal and/or emergency expenses, please bring cash.
